DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE?

You can exchange your product up to 30 days after purchase. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

To exchange a product through our website, you must follow these steps:

If it is the first change within the same order

  1. Send an email to deportesdajoaa@gmail.com indicating the order number, size and reference of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. If you can't find a product to exchange it for, we'll process the order amount (with the customer being responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs).
  3. At Deportes Dajoaa, we will contact the shipping agency to arrange for them to pick up the package.
  4. Once we receive and review the product, we will send you the product you are exchanging.

*If the exchange is for another product of lower value, a payment will be made with that amount.

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

If you wish to return a product, you will need to send it to our warehouse prepaid. Once the product is received and inspected, and if everything is in order, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs) using the same method used to make the purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

If you have registered as a customer

1. Send us an email to deportesdajoaa@gmail.com, including the order number.

2. Send the product properly packaged through the transport company of your choice.

3. Once we receive your return and verify that everything is correct, we will send you a confirmation email and refund you through the same means you used to make the purchase.

If you made the purchase as a guest

  1. Send an email to deportesdajoaa@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reference of the product you wish to return.
  2. Send the product properly packaged through the transport company of your choice .
  3. Once we receive your return and review it for accuracy, we'll send you a confirmation email and refund your money using the same method you used to make the purchase.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

General conditions for exchanges and returns
  1. It must be within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. The returned item must be properly packaged for its return . Deportes Dajoaa will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with by the customer, returned without the original factory packaging, or returned incomplete with either the main components or accessories, or products that have been used.
  3. Deportes Dajoaa will not refund or reship merchandise until the receipt and condition of the returned product's packaging and accessories have been verified.
  4. The refundable price is the original price listed on the order, excluding shipping costs.
  5. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the indicated period.
  6. Defective product: In this case, Deportes Dajoaa will immediately exchange the product. The exchange will always be for the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, and Deportes Dajoaa will be responsible for the return and reshipment costs.
  7. Product that by mistake does not match the order: Deportes Dajoaa will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the one that corresponds to the order placed.
