HELP WITH SIZE?
Knowing your size is easy if you know how
Knowing what size you wear can be a real headache. Here are a few tips to help you.
For footwear
The easiest way to find your size is to measure your foot length. To do this, simply follow these instructions:

1 - Place a sheet of paper on a wall.
2 - Stand on top of the sheet of paper with the sock you usually use.
3 - Make sure your heel is completely against the wall.
4 - Mark with a pencil on the sheet where your foot ends.
5 - Measure from the wall to the point you marked with the tape measure.
6 - Add half a centimeter to that measurement so that the shoes don't fit too tight.
7 - Measure both feet and take the measurement of the longest foot.
You'll just have to look for that measurement in the brand's equivalency table.
For clothes
Most brands use circumference measurements. This means you'll have to wrap the tape measure around your body, taut but not too tight.
For tops (jackets, t-shirts, etc.), the following are usually taken into account:
• The chest contour (A)
• The waist (B)
• Arm length (D)
While for trousers the following is taken into account:
• Waistline (B)
• The hip (C)
• The length of the inseam (E).
